I’m pleased to announce that I’ll be participating in the first-ever Greater Altoona Area Book Festival. The date is May 12. The time and place are 10:00 to 4:00 at the Altoona Area Public Library. By “participating,” I mean “slouched over a vendor’s table, awkwardly avoiding eye contact with passersby.” Fortunately, several more engaging central and western Pennsylvania writers will be there, too, including John Russo of Night of the Living Dead fame.
